The inspiration for this collection came from a surprisingly unamusing, almost dull source: electrical cables. At first look they seemed purely functional and uninteresting, but when the bland exterior is peeled back I encountered a vibrant, electric (pun intended) rose gold-colored center. Almost like hidden secret waiting patiently to be exposed. I wanted to capture that "wow" moment where utility meets unexpected radiance in an edgy and interesting way.

When translating this color contrast into functional jewelry I decided to use precious metals such as Sterling Silver and Rose Gold, emphasizing the contradictions by using different textures, wire shapes, and sizes. This mixed metal pairing runs throughout the entire collection, allowing each piece to be affordable and wearable while remaining modern and sophisticated in appearance.

 

This collection is focused on accessibility and story, highlighting contrasts and adding depth to a simple design to make it interesting and unique with every detail. This collection show cases the exploration and evolution of geometric shapes and how they highlight our natural features. Creating intended collisions between seemingly cold industrial and minimalist design and depth of detail that forms a story. These intentional details enable us to connect to a piece we have chosen as a personal expression.
