CAN ORDERS BE CUSTOMIZED? 

Yes. All items are handmade and most can be customized in size, length and materials. Please contact me with any questions. 

WHAT ARE TURNAROUND TIMES?

Everything in my shop is made by hand, by me exclusively, depending on the items orders are usually ready to ship within 7 business days if not before. Items are shipped with a tracking number and times vary on location and method. You are welcome to send me a message for more specific times. 

SIZING AND MEASUREMENTS

All sizes are approximates and mentioned in the product info. If you have further questions or require additional sizes please contact me.

Necklace length is according to the design - for customized length please contact me.

IS EXPRESS SHIPPING AVAILABLE?

Express shipping is available for most  products and selected countries. You may select express shipping at checkout. If you need a rush order please contact me for further details.

IS GIFT WRAPPING AVAILABLE?

All items are sent in a pretty box ready to be given as a gift and free of charge. Additional gift wrapping is available for purchase and includes a gift bag, tissue paper and a gift card. Please include your message and let me know if the shipping and billing address are the same.

WHAT IS OXIDIZED SILVER?

Oxidized silver items are dark-grey to black in color. These items are coated with a food safe lacquer to prolong color. Dark oxidization color of sterling silver will wear over time, revealing the natural silver beneath and creating a beautiful unique finish. Oxidation can be easily renewed using several methods at home or your local jewelry store.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

I gladly accept returns and exchanges for all items except custom orders.
To return/ exchange an item please contact me within: 14 days of delivery. Items need to be shipped back within: 30 days of delivery.
Refund/ exchange can only be complete after the original order has been received.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellations - cancellations are accepted up to 12 hours from purchase and only if item has not been shipped.

SHIPPING METHOD & TIMES

Standard registered shipping is available to most destinations. Shipping times vary based on location and any local regulation such as customs. Standard shipping times vary between 7 and 21 business day (exceptions may occur). 

Express shipping upgrades are available at an additional charge. Express shipping times vary due to location between 2 to 4 business days.  

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Payment options include PayPal.

For customers in Israel payment options includes credit cards.

AND TAX

Please note that any order to destination outside of Israel may be subject to import duties and tax and is regulated by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives. Relevant duties, fees and any additional charges for custom clearance are the the responsibility of the buyer. 

PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information serves only for fulfilling orders and are not relayed to any third party (to exclude shipping couriers). 

Mailing list information is kept private and will not be shared, or sold, to any third party.
